This excellent event is at Wroughton Airfield, about three miles South of Swindon (around 45 mins from Oxford).
In addition to the fantastic classic vehicle exhibits, club displays and varied Autojumble, Trade and Craft stands there was bungee jumping trampolines, quad bike rides, slot car racing, Silent Grand Prix (Pedal Car Racing), and a whole range of fun activities to help raise funds for this year's charity, Macmillan Cancer Support. You were even able to get a ride in a classic police vehicle!
Wroughton is the home of the largest facility of the National Collections of the Science Museum (18 000 objects). Museum exhibits range from the Lockheed Constellation airliner to MRI scanners.
